I am such a sucker for a good shift dress, especially when there is leather involved. These sunny days are nippy and to make this leather shift more appropriate for “Winter” dressing, I put a black turtleneck underneath to keep me warm and to give it a more MOD look while also balancing out the fact that I live in Santa Barbara and wearing hose was not necessary- (but bronzer definitely, phew!). Shoes (not pictured) are some fun little Jeffrey Campbell trudgers that I bought to trash around in NYC and Milan on the buying trip coming up next month. Both leather dress and turtle neck we have in store and I have to say, are killer transitional pieces as the dress could easily be worn by itself and with a great sandal for Spring. Tata for now!
